Lovely staff running around like headless chickens. Terrible IT system, coupled with too many patients. I had to collect pills once a week instead of once a month, and there was always an issue, which cost me and the surgery time. 2 members of my family have had similar problems. Bit of a mess. Also with everything on google these days my confidence in the doctors isn't great either - missing important questioning and diagnosis.
