Went in rain... All BAYS EMPTY.. Thursday afternoon...Quick Tyre patch needed... GOT TURNED AWAY... FURIOUS... God knows what they would do with all bays full... Probably have heart failure!!Even took a photograph to PROVE IT!!

Went for two new front tyres they sold me two budget tyres for £280 wouldn't recommend going if you don't know the difference between good brand and budget brand.

Went for a tyre change for my motorbike. Called first to check if they could do it.. “Yes we have the machine it won’t take long”.... the machine didn’t work. The chap working on my wheel then used tyre levers without protection and marked my rims pretty badly. The wheel was inflated when I brought it to them so no punctures.. When I took the wheel home with the new tyre in place it had a puncture. I took it back for them to simply pump it up again and tell me it wasn’t punctured. I put the wheel on the bike and it again went flat. I have now been back for the 4th time with a new inner tube that I have paid for, to be told that the person who did my tyre isn’t in today so it will have to wait until then. I have given them more than one chance to rectify the situation which they have not done. I have asked for a refund as they have already damaged my wheel and obviously my inner tube as it now has a puncture but was told as the employee who worked on my wheel didn’t make an invoice... I will have to take it up with him. If I wanted a back street service and I would have gone to a back street garage. When you see a big 4 bay tyre place you expect them to know their business inside out. I would be surprised if the people working at national tyres can get dressed in the morning without their clothes being inside out..
